Hawaiian Coconut Pudding Mix
We offer two sizes the regular 2 oz. pouch and the giant 3 lb. re-sealable bag that can feed up to 100 people at your next Hawaiian Luau.
Many people buy the large Haupia bag with the zip seal and use a little at a time to make Haupia pudding, Haupia Cake or Haupia Pie.
Haupia Cake - Pie Recipe
1 pkg. NOH Haupia Luau Dessert Mix 1 cup water
1 ready-made pie shell
Boil 1 cup of water in a pot. Add entire package of NOH Haupia Mix. Reduce to medium heat and stir continuously until mixture is smooth and thick. Pour the cooked mixture into a ready-made pie shell (graham cracker, vanilla, etc.). Let stand for several hours. Option:top with red cherries, sliced pineapple, or other fruit.
Other Suggested Uses:
Hot Haupia Sundae - Pour hot NOH Haupia pudding on your favorite ice cream.
Royal Hawaiian Sundae - Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream on a slice of pound cake and top with hot NOH Haupia pudding. Sprinkle chopped macadamia nuts, grated coconut, and garnish with a cherry.
Cake Frosting - Use NOH Haupia as a frosting or topping on your favorite cake.
